TRAVELLING BY ROAD - DIRECTIONS FROM A55

Leave the A55 at Junction 11. Take exit signed Betws Y Coed. 

Almost immediately you will come to a second mini roundabout - turn right sign posted Llanberis

Once you take the turning you will pass the entrance of a service/petrol complex. 

Carry along this road and you will see a large metal bridge painted green/red/white. 

Almost immediately after you pass the bridge take the first right

Follow this small road towards the village of Glasinfryn. 

You will drive over a small bridge. 

Your will then pass old stone cottages

Keep going until you reach a T - junction

At the T-junction turn left (sign posted Waen-Wen & Caerhun)

The road will start to incline

You will start to pass small cottages on your left. 

You need to take the 1st left (it is a little hidden - but there is a sign for Tyn Y Ffridd on your right directly opposite to the turning)  (Sat Navs usually take you to here – but keep going)

Once you turn left you need to carry along this narrow road for no more than 150 yds

You will come to an opening & a set of large white stones. The drive for Tyn Y Fridd farm is in the middle of the stones. 

Turn left down the drive and you will have arrived!  

It takes no more than 5 minutes from the A55 once you know your way.  If you have any problems please give us a call.

The nearest railway station is Bangor.  A taxi will cost Approximately £10.00.  If there is a large group we would be happy to arrange collections and drop offs.
